Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is needed for an upstate New York primary care practice.

Located 30 miles west of Albany.

Competitive base salary + RVUs, comprehensive benefits package, Medical malpractice coverage, 401k with match, 4 weeks of PTO, 5 days CME and $1500

Why this job:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40-hour workweek with 4 hours of admin time

Daily Census: 18-20 patients

Experience you'll need: PA-C or FNP, NYS license, BLS. Will consider new grads or experienced candidates
