Plant Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience managing both a production facility and a team with servant leadership style. They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes. The candidate will also have an ability to follow safety and compliance guidelines diligently in order to create a healthy work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities

Lead team of 50, creating a collaborative team environment to increase productivity and develop culture of respect and empowerment.

Identify and lead continuous improvement efforts, optimizing inventory, increase plant capacity and improving process planning capabilities.

Analyze production costs and inventory to establish areas for improvements

Oversee safety, quality, production, maintenance, distribution and cost accounting.

Communicate the vision, strategy and objectives for the plant effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field preferred.

Minimum 5 years experience managing overall operations within preferably and engineered to order manufacturing environment.

Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations

Established and effective communication, management and supervisory skills
