On behalf of our client, the global leader with many years of experience in international trade of Food and Beverage, we are looking for a Country Manager in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Experienced Country Representative FMCG Industry Leader

Dynamic and results-driven professional with over 10 years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), specializing in strategic leadership and operational excellence. Adept at leading field execution to achieve revenue targets, drive sales volumes, and optimize distribution strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Orchestrating market management, client relations, and field operations to implement trade marketing strategies that drive market share and volume growth.

Developing and executing plans for consumer and trade initiatives, contributing to strategic planning and objectives setting.

Managing trade margins, forecasting volumes, conducting market studies, and classifying customers for targeted sales strategies.

Overseeing marketing programs and ensuring optimal budget allocation for achieving sales objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Extensive experience in FMCG with a minimum of 5 years in management positions.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and sales analytics tools.

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
