Job title: Quality Analyst
Working Location: Minh Khai, Ha Noi
Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team and oversee the quality of all products and services that our organization produces. Quality Analyst responsibilities include developing quality standards, conducting tests and identifying issues in the production of our products or services. Ultimately, you will work with a team to ensure our final products meet our organizations standards across the board.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure products performance meets or exceeds the requirements of clients;
Conduct root cause and other data analysis based on team performance;
Participate as project team member in problem prevention and continuous improvement projects;
Provide QA progress reports to Quality Manager;
Conduct QA evaluations per client requirements;
Conduct call coaching sessions per client requirements;
Act as escalation point of contact for process questions, issues and resolution;
Contribute to the QA Team's development and share knowledge within the team.
Job Requirement:
Work experiences in Quality Assurance at least more than 6 months;
Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance;
Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards;
Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English;
Good data collection, analysis skills and reporting;
Strong attention to detail;
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Analyst (advantage);
Personal traits and self-management skills are required to manage unique risks and a fast pace work environment within the Content Moderation industry. Candidates may potentially be exposed to harmful content.
Able to work on weekends.
