For more information about IPCO and our international operations, please see our corporate website: You will provide administrative and analytical support to IPC Health & Safety.

You will be responsible for ensuring the organization, tracking and maintenance of H&S program materials, meeting minutes and campaign information.

You thrive in an environment where your organization skills provide efficiency and day to day support to team members.

Accountabilities Responsible for collecting and organizing H&S performance statistics and tracking participation results in H&S incentive programs.

Draft monthly H&S reports for review by the H&S Corporate Advisor and H&S Manager.

Support the H&S Corporate Advisor in the creation and distribution of safety bulletins & alerts and safety meeting materials.

Administer IPC safety data platforms for onboarding and audit purposes.

Support with any required administrative duties related to the procurement process using ISN for onboarding 3rd party vendors or an exemption process that has strict rules to follow.

Admin follow up on vendor tracking.

Assist with third-party contractor compliance including management and research in ISNetworld.

Identifying non-compliant vendors to the H&S Manager for follow up.

Provide administrative support to the team as required.

Support adherence to company policies and regulations governing IPC operations.

Provide support to IPC H&S field team as needed - travel to field when or if required to support audits and reporting requirements.

Assist with the Calgary office safety program.

Support H&S with invoice coding and filing.

Other special projects and tasks as assigned under guidance of the H&S Corporate Advisor and/or H&S Manager.

Qualifications Secondary Education in Business Administration Understanding of Alberta and/or Saskatchewan OHS regulations is considered an asset.

Self-starter capable of working under minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to be a team player and work & collaborate in groups.

Demonstrates excellent organizational and analytical skills – with a strong focus on attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office with an aptitude to learn new computer programs, systems, and skills quickly.

Willingness to learn and take further training to enhance OHS skills.
