Introduction We are currently hiring a Power Electronics Engineer for a sustainable focused organization that stands at the forefront of the water management industry.

This role entails contributing to the development of new power converters and the enhancement of existing ones.

Collaboration with our hardware and software teams will be integral to ensure the creation of high-performance products.

Responsibilities Develop power converters and inverters ranging from a few kW to several hundred kW, from conceptualization through simulation, hardware design, control development, and testing.

Provide guidance and review of PCB and system-level designs to ensure optimal performance of power electronics systems.

Construct and test prototypes to validate design concepts, conducting thorough testing and validation to ensure system robustness and reliability.

Collaborate closely with embedded software, hardware, and mechanical teams to support the development of comprehensive solutions.

Prepare design documentation, test procedures, and product specifications.

Requirements PhD or Master’s degree in Power Electronics Engineering.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in power electronics and control algorithms within an industrial setting.

Proficiency in power electronic circuit design, analysis, and simulation tools such as Matlab/Simulink.

Strong ability to analyze, document, and interpret test data to assess product acceptability.

Experience with international regulatory and product safety standards is advantageous.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in designing, developing, and optimizing cutting-edge, high-power power converters.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
