Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales to join our team at Nexilis Electronics India Pvt Ltd. As a Tele Sales, you will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience required.

Qualifications And Skills

1-3 years of experience in telesales or a related role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of successful sales

Strong customer service orientation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with CCTV Cameras and electronic security products

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Roles And Responsibilities

Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels

Make outbound sales calls to promote our products and services

Handle customer inquiries and provide product information

Maintain and update customer database

Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Assist in the preparation of sales quotes, proposals, and invoices

Follow up on sales leads and close deals

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
