The Office of Transformation

As an initiative of ODJFS Director Matt Damschroder, the Office of Transformation partners with programs and employees throughout the agency to enhance internal and external customers’ experiences, enrich employees’ experiences through participation in transformation initiatives, and promote an environment for everyone at ODJFS to get better at what we do every day.
