We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development

Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about sales and eager to

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

• Assist in developing and implementing strategic business development plans.

• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social

media outreach.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and handover of qualified

leads.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products/services and

addressing their needs.

• Assist in drafting proposals, contracts, and other business documents.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to

support business development efforts.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree BE (Mechanical, Electronical )

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
