Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in MCOM or related field

Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Proficient in using accounting software, such as Tally and Tally Prime

Excellent numerical and analytical skills

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines

Roles And Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, bookkeeping, and financial transactions

Prepare and maintain financial records, statements, and reports

Support in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis

Coordinate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy

Assist in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and handling correspondence

Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as required

Stay updated with the latest accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends
