OSH, a physician-owned hospital, is looking for a full-time Eligibility Specialist to work Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p. This position comes with full-time benefits and is eligible for our rewarding discretionary quarterly bonuses! Come be a part of Tulsa's only 5-star rated hospital!

Job Mission: Responsible for providing customer service and support to Oklahoma Surgical Hospital’s patients and family. Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing information about their accounts and service, and resolving customer issues independently and timely. This position also must understand insurance benefits, ability to review an explanation of benefits and discuss with callers, and researching charity documents.

Occupational Experience: Two years experience in medical collections, hospital collections preferred.

Requirements/Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.

Specialty Knowledge Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of medical office terminology. Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry skills and Insurance terminology.
