Inviting applications for the role of Manager-Workforce Planning Team

Responsibilities:

• Creates reports and dashboards on historical data and forecasting results from applicable systems

• Analyzes data and recommends talent management solutions for implementation

• Analyzes and develops weekly recommendations for scheduling and uses staffing requirements, operations schedules to determine required staffing levels to ensure the organization's ability to meet operational commitments

• Creates integrated database tracking tools for staffing shrinkage patterns (vacation, sick, training, etc.) to optimize staffing forecasts

• Lead the workforce planning team to deliver trusted talent risk assessments and targeted interventions

• Headcount planning activity to support financial long-range plans for headcount and hiring forecasts

• Ongoing resource management activity to more clearly articulate current and upcoming program needs and staffing commitments in alignment with financials and aligned business strategy

• Strategic workforce planning focused on critical skills, skill domains, and service line performance

• Partnering with other HR, Sales, and Operations leaders to advise on integrated talent management strategies, action plans, and reporting to close identified talent gaps

• Leverage deep knowledge of workforce planning methodologies, data sources, and data-driven business judgment to consult with executives and key business leaders to support talent decisions aligned with performance measures

• Influencing adoption and compliance with workforce planning processes to drive data integrity and solve complex or endemic problems by leveraging technology

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline

Preferred skills

• Experience in analytics, modelling, or related field

• Relevant experience in workforce management
