Someone with prior experience in AP and in financial services, especially working with high net worth individuals will do well.

What You’ll Actually Do:

Process AP through Bill.com and QuickBooks Online.

Check the Bill.com queue daily to code, process vendor credits, and manage approval process for bills.

Enter the chart of accounts items, verify bank balances, and maintain a full understanding of the 1099/W9 process.

Heavy communication with vendors to verify bank instructions, secure W9s, or confirm other pertinent information.

Professional and prompt communication with high level clientele; white glove service

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

Advanced Excel (Vlookups and pivot tables)

QuickBooks Online experience required, bill.com a plus

Minimum of 5 years of AP experience

Bachelor’s Degree

Inter-company reconciliations experience

Full understanding of 1099s/W9s

A polished and professional demeanor

It Would Be Brilliant If You Also Have

Family office or financial services experience

Target salary: $66K - $75K plus bonus

100% in office – Cherry Creek for the first 6 months, then potential to go hybrid
