About the Job

· Assist lawyers in handling work permits, visas, and/or express entry immigration applications.

· Facilitate client and inter-office communications.

· Prepare draft applications and legal submissions.

· Engage in communications with IRCC, CBSA, and Visa Offices.

· Organize and manage clients and their files.

· Full-time position at the office.

· Other administrative duties as required (including helping when reception is away).

Minimum Qualifications

· Experience in work permits and/or permanent residence applications.

· 2 years' full-time law firm immigration experience.

· Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

· Enjoyment in caring and helping clients.

· Meticulous attention to detail.

· Excellent writing skills.

· Ability to work independently and cooperatively.
