As the project manager, you will be responsible for initiating, planning, execution (monitoring/controlling) and close-down of projects. You will defines, schedules, controls, and adjusts all tasks and workloads for their projects. This role is responsible for guiding and ensuring their teams are adhering to the disciplines and sound project management practices. The Project Manager trains/guides all staff to adhere to these disciplines. This role is responsible for managing project issues and risks while ensuring that customer expectations are managed, and project commitments are met. Project Managers communicate project status to customers, management and the Program Management Office.

5-7 years of PM experience (required)

Infrastructure / Contact Center Experience (highly desired)
