As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Inventory Control Manager to join our team at the Cadence San Jose site.

Position Overview:

The Inventory Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management at the Cadence San Jose site on behalf of Rocket EMS Inc. This is a full-time contract position where the candidate will work exclusively at the Cadence site using Cadence’s resources, including a laptop to access necessary data. There is also the potential opportunity for the candidate to transition to a permanent position at Cadence once the hiring freeze is lifted and they meet the qualifications for the role.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience working with the SAP system.

Accurately track inventory levels and movements using the SAP system.

Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.

Perform regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile stock counts to system data.

Analyze inventory data and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues and optimize inventory management processes.

Travel to Rocket EMS Inc.'s manufacturing partners in Mexico approximately three times a year as needed.

Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create reports as required.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth inventory operations.
