Job Title : Pharmaceutical Contract Management Specialist

Pay Rate :- $22 - $40/hr on W2

Location :- 100% remote

Duration :- 6 Months contract with a possible extension

Job Description

The Position The Alliance Management Coordinator is the primary point of contact for our Pharma partners in addition to the BD Manager of the respective account. She/he will interact with Molecular Pharma Partnering, internal teams and Pharma partners to initiate agreements, manage or support the overall relationships, establish a governance structure, and organize meetings and events to meet joint goals and ensure optimal strategic partnerships. She/He manages expansion of our relations from a Molecular-focus to a focus across DIA, including RTD and CPS. She/He will serve as a first point of contact related to any contract, project or relationship specific questions. She/he supports the BD manager for the specific account and facilitates the interaction with all internal functions during the contracting phase. . Work closely with BD and Alliance Lead to initiate, draft, and execute project contracts/PIFs following approved processes. . Work closely with internal team members and functional leaders to ensure ongoing alignment, prepare for key engagements, and manage escalation . Proactively identifies and resolves conflicts as needed or raises conflicts and disputes to appropriate individual(s) for timely resolution while maintaining collaborative working relationships. . Ensure internal alignment prior to joint decisions. . Ensure that strategies and decisions adopted by the governance committees are implemented and that plans/actions are consistent with contractual agreements. . Help to maximize the value of the partnership for both organizations including routine assessment of partnership health. . Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and simplify decision-making to support contract execution. . Monitors work to ensure quality, and continuously promote Quality First Time.

May serve as an alliance single point of contact for assigned Pharma Partners, working closely with internal team members, leadership, and alliance counterparts to manage and advance joint goals and deliverables, contract issues, and overall health and success of the collaboration Formal Training/Education Education . Bachelor's Degree Life Sciences, business or related degree required . Master of Business Administration preferred Experience . 5 years combined experience in execution of life-science related projects, with at least one year interacting directly with Pharma customers. Are equivalencies acceptable? No Knowledge, Skills and Abilities . Excellent team skills, organizational skills, and problem solving skills. . Strong communication and analytical skills, with strong technical acumen and proven sales skills. . Must be efficient with primary computer programs.
