Jira Consultant - Reporting

Outstanding opportunity as a well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Jira Engineer/Developer.

This position will have current subject matter experience not only in strategic vision, design and development but also in current deployment practices.

The successful candidate will be able to quickly understand and resolve issues, mitigate risks and dependencies and the ability to drive projects to completion within an enterprise level technical transformation office.

Details:

Design custom JIRA workflow for different issues types to assist in Automation of provisioning, build & deploy servers and applications as well as other continuous integration workflows

Responsible for developing plugins and gadgets that extend the JIRA capabilities

Develop complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission scheme and notification schemes in JIRA

Perform the duties of a JIRA engineer and responsible for maintenance, administration, upgrade, and enhancements

Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

5 years of experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence including tool administration and customization

Experience creating JIRA templates, custom issues and workflows, custom forms and attributes

Knowledge of software development lifecycle; preferably with Agile Kanban/Scrum

Good Verbal and Written communication skills
