Qualifications

2+ years of commercial finance experience within a law firm.

Experience with drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions.

Experience managing multiple matters simultaneously.

Strong academic credentials.

State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.

Excellent verbal and writing skills; team focused.
