Qualifications

5-10 years of Civil/Land Development experience in the DC/MD/VA area

Registered PE in DC, MD, VA, or ability to gain reciprocity.

Strong Civil background in Site Development, Permitting, and Construction Estimating.

Able to handle multiple concurrent projects.

Experienced in Designing Projects from Conceptual to Construction.

Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Water CAD, and other design software.

Strong written & verbal communication skills and direct client interaction.
