Position Overview:

Power-One is looking for service engineers with 3 to 4 years of on-site service work experience in the field of Online UPS, Solar Inverters, Isolation transformers, Voltage Stabilizers and EV chargers.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Service Expertise: Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a field service engineer, specializing in repairing and maintaining small and higher KVA Online UPS, Solar Inverters, and related equipment.

Customer Response and Satisfaction: Responsively address service complaints and customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Coordination and Communication: Facilitate seamless coordination between customers and sales personnel, ensuring smooth service delivery and completion.

Follow-up and Feedback: Promptly follow up on service requests, providing timely feedback to customers and management, thereby ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge and Recommendations: Provide customers with insights into new features and product recommendations, contributing to sales efforts and enhancing customer experience.

Inventory Management: Monitor spares inventory levels, maintaining accurate records at both the branch and headquarters to ensure timely replenishment and smooth operations.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive service reports and updates, submitting them to the branch and headquarters punctually, facilitating effective decision-making and performance evaluation.

Proactive Service Attendance: Attend to preventive maintenance (PM), annual maintenance contracts (AMC), breakdowns, and installation calls promptly and independently, without reliance on follow-ups from sales personnel.

Professionalism and Performance: Remain composed and professional under pressure or heavy workloads, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service and support.

Customer Satisfaction Focus: Strive to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive and responsive service support, contributing to long-term customer relationships and loyalty.

Utilization of Service CRM: Effectively utilize the Service Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to streamline service processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer communication and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Engineering in Electrical/Electronics.

Technical knowledge and expertise about electrical components and products such as UPS systems, solar inverters, solar panels, EV chargers, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be owning a two-wheeler for daily commute and work-related.
