Your new role:

As a Maintenance Technician at PPC Flex, you will be responsible for proactively and urgently handling repair, maintenance, and preventive maintenance tasks. You will:

Check all company tools and equipment at the beginning and end of each shift

Perform work to high standards of quality, complying with regional and local codes for electrical and plumbing tasks

Maintain open communication with maintenance team members and PPT associates

Ensure all responsibilities align with company and quality procedures, participating in quality and AIB programs

What you need to succeed:

Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting

Strong background in electrical work, with mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Comfortable using a computer

Attention to safety and detail in the job

Ability to lift items up to 75 pounds and stand for the duration of a work shift

Flexibility to work beyond a normal workweek as maintenance coverage demands

Effective troubleshooting, identification, prioritization, and multitasking skills
