Water Damage Restoration Lead Technician

We are currently seeking a Lead Technician in Water Damage Restoration with a minimum of 1 year in the industry.

Job Description:

Water Extraction: CAT 1, CAT 2 & CAT 3.

Setting up and monitoring drying equipment.

Performing demolitions and construction duties. Examples: pull baseboards, remove carpet underlay, and apply antimicrobial.

Clean up debris, remove drywall, and removal of flooring that is damaged.

Setting up containment, decontaminating, and monitoring remediation equipment.

Work safe, record, and identify potentially unsafe working conditions.

Must be an excellent team player and be able to work unsupervised.

Must be able to moisture map and provide photo documentation per visit per job.

Must possess a valid driver’s license, company vehicles are provided during work hours & after hours and must be able to come to the office on your own.

Monday – Friday 7:30 am - 4:30pm.

Able to be on an on-call after-hours emergency rotation, one week on call, and three-four weeks off.

Bonuses:

Bonuses for being on call ($200 per week) + overtime if called out.

3 PTO (Paid Time Off) Days in addition to standard vacation time (extra 3 days a year).
