What You'll Do:

Technical/Hands-on Recruiting (85%):

Based in our DC-metro OR Chicago office, cultivate a deep understanding of CrossCountry’s culture, pipeline, processes, and protocols to effectively recruit and hire top talent in Transaction Advisory Services and Private Equity

Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, dispositioning applicants, conducting interviews, providing feedback/recommendations for next steps, creating/extending/negotiating offers, and collaborating closely with HR to ensure a smooth new hire transition

Recruit candidates across various roles and levels, ensuring alignment with our core values

Develop and maintain an active pipeline to fulfill current and future business requirements

Facilitate meetings with business leaders and hiring mangers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, understanding key business drivers and future hiring needs

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Leadership to understand dynamic needs, demonstrating readiness to contribute during high volume periods

Process Improvements (15%):

Develop and maintain an active pipeline to fulfill current and future business requirements

Research industry trends, gather candidate/competitor data, and statistics to be more effective at sourcing candidates, communicating roles, anticipating needs, differentiating CCC, etc.

Provide recommendations to optimize and streamline recruiting processes over time

Work collaboratively within the larger Talent Acquisition Team to provide support, mentorship, and insight as needed

What You'll Bring:

5-7 years of prior recruiting experience focused on Accounting, Finance, Transaction Advisory Services and/or Private Equity (strong preference for prior experience within professional services, corporate experience recruiting accounting and/or finance professionals, and/or staffing/executive search)

Demonstrated professionalism and discretion in interactions with candidates and leadership, coupled with strong EI and business acumen

Proven ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities

Passion for recruiting and establishing meaningful relationships, with a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience for every candidate

Enthusiasm for embracing new challenges and adaptability in learning new subject matters of our expanding business

Willingness to work at our DC metro -OR- Chicago office at least 2 days per week
