IMPACT

As a Technical Business Systems Analyst specializing in Oracle EBS Financials, you'll play a pivotal role in providing functional and technical support to our client's internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include capturing requirements, generating specifications, devising test strategies, and offering implementation and post-production assistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement industry best practices to design and configure new processes within Oracle R12 EBS Financials, encompassing RTR, PTP, OTC tracks, and other critical areas.

Conduct fit-gap analyses and devise solutions, along with recommending business process enhancements.

Develop high-quality functional specifications and key design documents for all projects.

Engage in all phases of systems development, from requirements gathering to maintenance, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Manage project initiatives, ensuring timely completion of goals and objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Drive upgrades and patching of Oracle, cloud, web, or mobile applications.

Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot software applications, leveraging your functional expertise.

Maintain Information Security standards and ensure compliance with SOX regulations.

Develop test strategies and author test plans, incorporating automation where feasible to streamline processes.

Champion innovation and automation initiatives to enhance business efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support, particularly with Oracle EBS, web applications, and financial interfaces.

Strong technical background in Oracle EBS, with the ability to work on configurations and implementations.

Proven ability to capture requirements and translate them into functional specifications, test strategies, and project plans.

Customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.

Comfortable navigating complex integrated systems landscapes.

Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) processes and controls, preferably in a high-tech environment.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferably local to Reston, VA, or willing to relocate upon hire.

US Citizen/Green Card holder preferred; H-1B visa holders with an approved I-140 will also be considered.
