AP/AR Specialist

Job Title: AP/AR Specialist - Transitioning to Costpoint

Location: 100% Remote (Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia)

Salary: $60K to $75K Base + Benefits

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist for a full-time position. Our company is currently utilizing Deltek GCS for financial operations but is in the process of transitioning to Costpoint, enhancing our capabilities to better serve our clients in the government contracting sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in AP/AR and payroll functions.

• Facilitate payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.

• Possess experience with Deltek GCS, with a focus on transitioning to Deltek Costpoint.

• Knowledge of government contracting.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting preferred, or a related field or Extensive and relevant experience may be considered as a substitute for education.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in AP/AR and payroll functions.
