Our team of experienced Technologists, Program Managers, and Engineers are seeking a motivated person to provide to our customer Subject Matter Expertise in support of Internet focused capabilities and customer technology focused security procedures.

Responsibilities:

Serve Customer on-site facility Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (excluding holidays).

Customer relationship management

Function as the interface between the L2T and the Customer users in support of ticketing, information gathering, and user feedback.

Identify and analyze and resolve system errors.

Act as back-up to other Engineers/Sys Admins (minimum requirements is to power down and restore various virtual infrastructures, add/modify user accounts via MS AD, resets 802.1X security on switch ports, and build/fix network cables).

Responsible for cross-functional communication between the Customer and L2T’s Customer Staff.

Performs regular testing of end user systems to ensure necessary drivers, applications, settings, and operational status aligned with user requirements.

Build and maintain secure and hardened configuration standards.

Plan and build system operating images.

Support user training requests to include operating procedures as needed.

Integrate applications with enterprise and organizational services and licensing.

Install, provision, and manage license hosts to support floating/concurrent licensing with various applications. Provide guidance and expertise, in support of users and policy makers, on the appropriate use of emerging technology.

Assist in developing and implementing policies for safe use of capabilities.

Responsible for generating and delivering weekly status reports.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated working knowledge of internet-based research methods.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Experience and passion in technology forced real-world applications.

Experience with Linux Operating Systems to include, networking, desktops, firewalls, and servers.

Experience building, deploying, and documenting complex networks and systems.

Applicants must hold and maintain an active security clearance; therefore, US Citizenship is required.

Experience with hypervisors, virtualization technology, and virtual desktop infrastructure.

Experience updating and patching Microsoft products to include Microsoft server and Windows along with hosted applications.
