Job Description
We are looking for temporary support for the HR Services team responsible for the company locations in Liechtenstein and Switzerland.
You will be jointly responsible for the entire administrative HR lifecycle ( registration of mutations (entries/transfers/leavings), creation of various letters and employment references, processing of incidents, system maintenance, archiving, etc.).
You will support various HR projects and the optimization of various processes

Requirements
You have a commercial education and further education in human resources
You have work experience in human resources
You enjoy carrying out administrative tasks
Very good knowledge of German and English and are proficient in MS Office; knowledge of the HR system Workday is an advantage
You are characterized by a very precise, structured and speedy way of working as well as the highest level of integrity
You are a team player with a flexible and motivated personality
