Lead multiple projects that vary in size and complexity

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior design teams

Develop strong client relationships and engage in business development

Required Qualifications:

California SE License

12+ Years of building design experience

Master's degree in Structural Engineering

Proficient with structural engineering principles

Must possess strong project management and technical skills

Strong client relationship experience and the ability to manage multiple complex projects

Demonstrated high-level of self-leadership with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment

Additional:

Experience with DSA & OSHPD

Experience with seismic evaluation
