Position: Senior SDET

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Work type: C2C / W2

PETADATA is currently looking to hire for the position of Senior SDET for one of their clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for Architect, designing, and developing scalable and maintainable automated testing frameworks tailored to the financial domain.

Lead the implementation and maintenance of automated test suites using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and other relevant tools and technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test automation opportunities and define automation requirements.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing of financial software applications.

Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality automation code.

Mentor and coach QA engineers on test automation techniques and best practices.

Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to test automation and quality assurance in the financial domain.

Required Skills:

10+years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation in the financial domain.

Strong programming skills in Java and experience with Selenium WebDriver and API Testing.

Proven track record of designing and implementing automated testing frameworks and Rest assured SQL.

Experience with automation framework development and customization.

In-depth knowledge of financial industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.

Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, Agile, or Selenium WebDriver.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
