Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Paralegal at Acquest Law, Inc. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to immigration law, including legal document preparation, assisting with immigration issues,EOIR filings, and managing visa applications. The position will be based in Sacramento, CA.

Qualifications

Experience in immigration law and legal document preparation

Knowledge of immigration issues and visa processes

Knowledge of EOIR and CBP processes

Deep knowledge of Asylum issues

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in relevant software and technology

Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field

Previous experience in a law firm or legal setting is a plus

Hindi, Punjabi, and Spanish proficiency preferred
