As a Telecom Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing mobility cases via phone and email submissions. This pivotal role involves account management utilizing various platforms as well as Mobile Device Management Software. Key responsibilities include order management for new lines of service, upgrades, device activations, and service management tasks such as feature adjustments, port requests, and transfer of financial responsibility.

Focus:

Handle mobility cases through phone and email submissions.

Manage accounts via Apple Business Manager, cellphone carrier portals, and Mobile Device Management Software.

Coordinate order management processes for new lines of service, upgrades, and device activations.

Perform service management tasks including feature adjustments, port requests, and financial responsibility transfers.

Provide basic troubleshooting support for end-user cellular and internet connecting devices.

Engage with carriers for issue resolution as necessary.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance services by understanding end-user needs and providing recommendations as a trusted mobility expert.

Skill Set:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in telecom support or a related field.

Proficiency in using Apple Business Manager, cellphone carrier portals, and Mobile Device Management Software.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Prior experience in providing technical support for cellular and internet connecting devices is preferred
