Role Overview:

As a Multi-Family Superintendent, you'll play a crucial role in the successful execution of our client's construction projects. From planning and coordinating to managing on-site activities, you'll be instrumental in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders will be essential in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that may arise.

Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and RFIs.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Superintendent or similar role in multi-family residential construction.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
