Project Engineer

StaffBright is currently seeking a talented and experienced Mining Project Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing growth and success! What you will be doing:

Oversee the CAPEX plan (1, 3, and 5-year plans) for the Mining Unit by collaborating with Area Managers and Plant Managers on project development, execution, and closure.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across plants, focusing on enhancing quarry fleets, plant productivity, and reliability.

Provide production analysis support, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational enhancements.

What we need from you:

3+ years of professional experience within Mining, Aggregates, Cement, or related.

Degree in Mining, Engineering, or relevant work Experience

All-Star Skillset:

Strong knowledge and experience in crushers, screens, wash plants, conveying, mobile equipment, drilling, and blasting.

Ability to interpret geotechnical reports.
