3D Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented mid-level 3D Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail design, a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective display solutions, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life. This role will be responsible for developing 3D models, renderings, and presentations for retail displays.

Responsibilities:

with the creative, engineering, and estimating teams to develop innovative and effective retail displays.

3D renderings, sketches, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.

with engineering and manufacturers to ensure the quality and feasibility of designs.

the Sales team by actively participating in RFP responses.

current with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in retail design.

able to determine materials and processes to effectively meet client budgets.

quality control checks to ensure prototypes and final products meet design specifications and quality standards.

materials, colors, and finishes that are consistent with client brand guidelines and project goals.

in project meetings, presenting design ideas, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications:

degree in Industrial Design or related field

years of experience in retail design

in Rhino and Keyshot, or an immediate willingness to learn these programs

in the Adobe Suite

understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and construction techniques

communication and presentation skills

to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Musts:
