Experienced Immigration Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Job Description

We are seeking an Experienced Immigration Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Work and communicate with clients to prepare and file applications (H-1B, TN, L-1, E-2, O-1 NIV cases and I-130, I-485, I-751, I-601, DACA, N-400 for family cases)

Conduct research to support legal proceedings

Assist with implementation of case strategy

Drafting, analyze and review documents for case filing

Manage high volume caseload

Maintain case logs

Qualifications:

Experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in family or employment based Immigration

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with legal research

Strong organizational skills, must be detail oriented

Ability to prioritize and multitask, and work with minimal supervision

Bachelor’s degree or foreign law degree

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
