Job Description:
As the Restaurant Front of House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our high-volume casual dining establishment. You will oversee all front-of-house activities, including managing staff, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Core Requirements:
Current Management role in a Restaurant
2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager
2+ years experience as a Manager in a High-volume, casual dining restaurant (not Contract or Hotel)
Strong Front of House leadership and exceptional Guest Service skills
No more than 3 jobs in 6 years OR 4 jobs in 9 years
