Join our team as a Graphic Design Intern! This will provide the opportunity to apply design skills and knowledge obtained in the classroom while gaining experience working as part of a creative team. While supporting marketing initiative, you will interact with senior designers and marketing managers. Projects will include concept development, print and digital design, production, photography, and video.

This role is based out of Madison, WI corporate office.

Below you will find a few (but not all) of the main responsibilities:

Design marketing collateral, ecommerce support, POP, social media content, and promotional emails based on brand style guidelines.

Concept packaging guidelines and artwork layouts, modify existing files for production, and produce mockups using a large format inkjet printer and cutting tools.

Work on projects through all stages of design; from concept to production-ready artwork.

Organized, review, edit, and retouch product and lifestyle photos.

Assist with casting, styling, and production of studio and location photo shoots.

Education & Experience

Must have completed a minimum of 36 college credit hours in courses for a Graphic Design degree or similar program, and have a portfolio of work that shows strong examples of design in print and digital applications.

Passionate about design, with artistic skills and an eye for visual composition, color and typography.

Organized and detail-oriented, must maintain neat file structures and be able to spot errors.

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. Basic knowledge of Premiere, After Effects, and Figma.

Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a customer/client-centric attitude and ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
