Inside Sales Representative

Job Purpose:

Assist the branch in communicating with customers, entering orders, troubleshooting issues and other various administrative duties.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Enter new sales orders

Track sales orders

Counter sales if applicable, assisting customers in person to identify and meet their product needs

Communicate with customers troubleshooting issues and acting as a point of contact.

Preform outgoing cold calls and research new customers in the area.

Assisting in corporate inventory controls.

Invoicing.

Assist branch in administrative functions such as recordkeeping, billing, time and attendance, accounting functions and communication with corporate departments.

Perform other functions as required.

Job Requirements:

Attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (At least 1 year required)

At least 2 years of sales experience preferred (Inside or Outside)

High sense of urgency in regards to deadlines

Self reliance, lack of supervision required in daily tasks

Willingness to reach out to potential or existing customers with a helpful attitude

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical if applicable

Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
