Salesman or Saleswoman

Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Salesman Or Saleswoman to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue. This an commission bass job with an 10% commission on each new accounting acquired by the company the contracts are a year plus, also if you have a guard card you can also work at the site at a rate of paid and lastly as a bonus the company you give and extra 2% for all contracts that hires our company for longer then a year.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities

Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team

Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement

Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting

Report on team and individual performance

Develop and execute innovative sales strategies

Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field

Experience as a supervisor or manager

Familiarity with CRM platforms

Strong leadership qualities
