As a Dining Room Supervisor at Locals Tacos and Tequila, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the dining room. You will play a crucial role in providing a high-quality dining experience for our guests by coordinating and supervising the front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the activities of host/hostess, bussers, and servers to ensure efficient and friendly service.
Ensure that guests are greeted warmly, seated promptly, and provided with exceptional service throughout their visit.
Manage table assignments and reservations, optimizing seating arrangements to accommodate guest flow.
Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and effectively, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, as well as ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to provide excellent customer service.
Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Effective at managing reservations, table assignments, and guest flow during peak hours.
Willingness to collaborate with the restaurant staff to provide a seamless dining experience.
