We specialize in commercial (office, retail, industrial, medical) and residential property management, apartments for rent in Los Angeles and greater LA County, and commercial real estate for lease. We have an amazing opportunity for an Area Property Manager for 231 units, 12 properties, near the USC campus. All properties are located within 5 miles of the office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the property

Supervise property staff

Communicate with senior property management personnel and property owners

Oversee accounts payable and receivable

Responsible for a positive and prompt response to requests from residents

Marketing and leasing vacant units

Unit inspections

Job Qualifications:

Well organized, calm, and adaptable.

Minimum 3 years' experience in multi-family management. Student housing experience preferred

Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi

Excellent verbal, written & communication skills

Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel

Compensation Includes:

$23.00-$26.00 per hour

$2050 per month, 1 bedroom apartment for free located within 2 miles of the Business Office

A compensation package valued at more than $74k per year
