Position Title: Asphalt Manufacturing Plant Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Asphalt Manufacturing Plant Manager to oversee operations at our asphalt production facility. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the plant, managing production schedules, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plant Operations:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the asphalt manufacturing plant.

Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control.

Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Production Management:

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand.

Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to optimize production and delivery schedules.

Monitor inventory levels and order raw materials as needed.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Conduct regular inspections and testing of asphalt products.

Address any quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and provide leadership to plant staff, including operators, technicians, and maintenance personnel.

Train and develop employees to enhance skills and performance.

Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in asphalt manufacturing or related industry.

Strong understanding of asphalt production processes and equipment.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial environments.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively manage production schedules and prioritize tasks.

Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred but not required.
