Your mission:

Mastermind our billing: Take ownership of our complex billing systems, identifying and proactively solving challenges, while continually refining them for optimal efficiency and accuracy.

Be the go-to billing guru: Collaborate closely with our team, advisors, and clients to resolve billing issues with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Bonus points if you:

Have experience in financial services, especially with custodians like TD Ameritrade, Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, etc.

Speak the language of Salesforce (or similar CRMs).

Are familiar with RIA billing software like Advyzon, Circle Black, Tamarac, BillFin, Orion, etc.
