The Tech Service Partner is responsible for restaurant technology installations and onsite support. This role will interface with both restaurants and customers to optimize Chowbus’ service in the local markets where we operate. This operations-driven role will cross-functionally across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and train restaurant staff on Chowbus products including hardware and networking devices – terminals, kiosks, handhelds, printers, and other peripheral equipment. Help with menu requests as needed after installation.
Efficiently and accurately respond to and resolve incoming calls, chats, tickets, and cases, and provide onsite technical support services. Collect, organize, and solve feedback from restaurant partners and customers.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin required
Prior startup experience highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Strong project management and organizational skills required
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Strong technology and troubleshooting skills required
Strong business acumen preferred
Compensation:
$15-$20 per hour
