Supervisor

Employee to supervise teams supporting structural and electrical work onboard aircraft carriers.

Duties include:

· Performing morning muster and daily briefs

· Issuing daily progress reports

· Verifying worker qualifications

· Interfacing with Prime Contractor to set work priorities.

· Notify leadership of problems

· Time keeping for assigned employees.

· Ensuring job sites are maintained clean and safe by the team.

· Track tooling and material usage and identify when additional tooling or material is needed.

· Ensure equipment is properly stored and secured when not in use.

Required Skills and Experience:

· Experience at supervisor level at Naval Shipyard

· Basic computer skills

· Familiar with Microsoft software (Word, Excel)

· Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

· Must be a U.S. citizen.

Degree Requirements:

· High School Graduate or GED
