Our service department is extremely busy and has an immediate opening for an experienced automotive service advisor or writer. We have been a family owned and operated business for 40 years. Work for the area's largest and busiest dealer group in Davenport and the Quad Cities.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Greet all customers and check in their vehicle for repair.

Communicate with technician on the progress of the customer's vehicle.

Provide updates to the customer on the status of their vehicle.

Provide guidance to the customer on the process of the auto repair or maintenance process.

Advise customer on the recommended/needed service and cost for repairs.

Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Smart Luxury Service Advisor Requirements:

A team player who is focused on providing above industry standard customer service.

Professional business attire.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

Strong organizational skills & detail oriented.

Excellent communication skills.

Automotive dealership experience required.
