Service Warranty Administrator - Contract

Our client is a major manufacturer with strong roots in the Milwaukee marketplace. This company is interviewing candidates to join their team in the Customer Service Operations department as a Service Warranty Administrator.

The Service Warranty Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timeliness of warranty claims and document processing, requiring strong decision-making skills and interaction with various stakeholders. This position will require interaction with the dealer network and technical service teams. Interaction will be primarily via phone.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing and responding to electronic inquiries from our dealer network.

Timely and accurate processing of recall entries.

Processing credit inquiries.

Direct follow-up with our dealer network.

Daily processing of warranty claims.

Assisting with any clerical needs as directed by Warranty Lead.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree or equivalent required.

Knowledge of auto/motorcycle manufacturing.

Experience with AS400 system.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to multitask.
