Job Description

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES is seeking an Area Resident Manager for 5 properties located in Hawthorne and Inglewood- totaling 109 units. Property Management Associates (PMA), a boutique property management firm located in Culver City, CA, with more than 30 years of managing commercial and residential communities throughout Southern California. Responsibilities Include:

Rent collections

Unit inspections/Property inspections and upkeep

Marketing and leasing vacant units

Resident relations, coordinating vendors and maintenance personnel

Service of notices and all aspects of day-to-day management

Requirements Include:

Must have 2-4 years property management experience

Yardi Voyager experience a must

Good verbal & written communication skills

Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff

Experience overseeing vendors

Proficient with computers

Proven ability to market; lease apartments

Must live on-site

Must have a valid Driver License and evidence of auto insurance .

A background, DMV and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.

Compensation Includes:

$19.00-$23.00 per hour

1 Bedroom Apartment valued at $1825.00 per month for free, a total compensation package valued at more than $65k per year.
