Job Description - Commercial Construction Project Manager in Sarasota, Florida- Need to have ground-up experience as a Project Manager. They are looking for top talent to build 2, 8-story Class A office buildings with luxury finishes and great architectural design. They also work on Retail/Restaurant/Warehouse projects.

Do not apply if you do not have at least 5 years of ground-up construction experience.

Compensation: Base salary we find to be at or above the industry standard and is based on experience. If there is mutual interest we are very certain that they will meet your salary requirements. They are known for annual raises instead of a bonus program.

Car Allowance: $600 a month

Experience in Construction Management and Design-Build Process

Develop project schedules, plan materials, and purchase orders, ensuring work is within the project scope.

Responsible for qualifying sub-contractor estimates and bids, performing project buyouts, and managing subcontractors' progress against plan.

Oversee the construction schedule, and budget and ensure the project is completed within the deadline and budget.

Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.

Project accounting functions include managing the budget, tracking team expenses, and minimizing exposure and risk in the project

Communicate effectively with the Subcontractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.

Preparing any necessary workflow schedules and monitoring the same to enable the meeting of reporting deadlines.

Develop strategies to promote efficient and cost-effective work practices and monitor and analyze work practices and cost factors within the project team.Estrem & Company is committed to helping our clients succeed by offering them access to the Top Talent in their area.
